This is a Reference database for fluid properties.

Engineering design calculations related to fluid based designs often need access to physical properties of fluids used in your specific design domain. This tool has the property details of some 150 fluids in one database and something like 400 others in another database. Properties of 55 common refrigerants are also included in this second database. This tool not only lets you calculate constant properties but also the properties of a mixture of more than one fluid. It is possible to generate saturation tables for more than 80 fluids. Plot charts and physical properties tables can be generated easily and quickly. These details can be used into other programs through the clipboard. Data can be printed out as required. Humid air properties can be estimated through this program. These include dew point, humidity ratio, wet & dry bulb temperatures, Enthalpy, Entropy, specific volume, density and viscosity.

The interface is quite intuitive and should be quite easy to handle for the kind of personnel that need to use such tools. The program lets you calculate mixture vapor phase properties and liquid phase properties. The mixture can contain up to 12 fluids. These fluids can be selected from some 15 different property packages. These are accessible during mixture estimation. All units used in the program are SI units. When working with multiple property tables, accessing the data are through independent windows and selecting items are through simple mouse clicks. This is a very good tool for engineering design personnel that work with fluid, refrigerant and mixtures of fluids.
